I had submitted my sony cyber shot digital camera at the authorised service centre of varanasi m/s libra technicom, 1, kamla nagar, sigra, varanasi on 25.01.2012 vide job sheet serial no. 8657537 favouring Mr. Dev Ashish. In the evening of the same day, i was told that the lens of the camera needs replacement for which i had given immediate go ahead. I was told that it would be delivered on 27th or 28th jan. today being 30th jan, nobody is giving a clear picture of the same and after pursuing again and again, people of libra tehnicom have threatened to take back the camera and that it will not be repaired if i request again and again for it. PLS HELP OOUT...
