Unhappy with Service Department at Dehradun

I visited the service department based at Dehradun. No resposible person were there. Mr. Sachin and Mr. Anil. They do not have knowledge to solve the complaint even since last 10 days they are just informing the Data Cable to load the programm from the computer in the mobile is not available. How the company is maintaining the customer service center. Even the persons available there don not know the tel. no. of company or any manager senier to them. The company is spending crore of rupees in advertisment but could not send the cable to relaod the programm.
