False Commitment about Delivery & De

Dear Sir,

We purchase IFB washing machine from Dass Electric Kalyani Nagagr Pune on 05/27, they commited delivery on very next day at noon, but didn't give and we had foloowed them like anything. Then at late evining they did it. But for demo of machine they keep promising us to send very next day and we wait for them for whole 2 days, no reply from DASS as well as IFB call center also. We waste our weekend by waiting for them. Its mentaly harrassed, So logging the complaint.
