False commitment of the delivery of the product

Hello.

This is to inform you that on 22/04/10 I have booked a LCD TV of Videocon-3204 at 12.30pm in Dass Electronics of Kalyani nagar pune. I was told by the representative that I will receive the product on 26/04/10 in the evening for sure. The reason of purcahse was my daughters birthday is on 26/04/10.I wanted it as a surprise gift to my family. Nobody was aware about the purchase. We did not receive the tv on 26th. We called up the next day and was assured bt the head representative that we will get it on the same day on 27/04/10.We did not get it either. Today is 28/04/10.We have not received it yet. I was in a false position in front of my family members. Just to let you know I am a regular customer of them. I had purchased a washing machine of Whirlpool on August'2009 from the same store. Even that time we had a bit issue. Please take some actions we deserve a compensation for the same.
