AC poor and delayed service in extended warranty

Hi,

I have purchased Whirlpool AC 1.0T Split Elite from DASS Electric Trading Co. (P) Ltd., Pune (Kothrud) Branch on 19/04 with 2 years extended warranty by paying additional charges to DASS.

This AC got capacitor problem on 28th March and I approached DASS. But received very poor service till date.

AC is lying dead and me and my family (especially my daughter 3 months old) had to suffer a lot in this hot summer.

Every time I approach DASS they say that it will be done in 2-3 days but nothing happens.

Please take my complaint asap.
