Not getting a Genuine spare part for my washing machine

I wanted to purchase a lint filter for my Videocon washing machine model K6500 DX. I purchased this machine from Dass Electronics Kothrud on 16 March. I logged the complaint as back as 15 days and all I got after 10 days was a duplicate filter. I had paid Rs.100/- for the part. I refused to take the duplicate part since It could have caused any problem to my machine or even clothes. Dass Electronics did nothing on my complaint, never returned my Rs.100/- and the damaged filter sample which I submitted to them. I am now helpless and suffering since I am not able to use my washing machine for 20 days now. Can this be resolved?
