Terrible service

You can understand my frustration from the point, that I am taking time of from a very busy day to write on this board. My machine is with LG service center for last 3 weeks - No standby machine is provided - I was promised a single day turnaround - No call has ever come to inform me on delay, every time I call The standard promising reply. Due to this I have dropped a couple of decisions to buy LG products.
