Aakash Tab not working properly

Respected Sir/Madam

I had booked aakash tab. Which got me on the 5th jan. But only in 5 days the touch screen is not working. I called on this No.01832581330.Mr.gagandeep was online.he told me to reset Aakash device by pressing backside small button. After reset device not working properly. Then Mr. Gagandeep mailed me programe and applications zip file. As per his instruction I installed that file but after that my aakash device get switch off. From that time device not working, not getting switching on.

kindly help me in this matter. I am living in dombivli (thane, maharashtra). My Aakash Tab serial no. Is P314112900165530, and mac ID is 00:0f: cf:01:e3:6d
