No delivery after 3 months of booking

Dear Sir,

i have booked one akash ubislate in the first week of march and as per the mentioned payment options i made the advance payment through cheque for early delivery and for advance payments they have given the date till 15th apr. 2012 . but i havn't received my device then i called them and they said we'll deliver it by the end of this month but no delivery, again i called them and they have given one more date of 15 may, again no delivery then again i called them and again they are giving another date... so plz help me to get my money back or my device ASAP.
