Non Delivery of the Product

Hi,

I had ordered Ubislate 7 on Jan 29th vide order # PM3959A3DDAF. As per the commitment on the website, I was suppose to get the device by April.

I had made a payment of Rs 2999/- vide cheque # 408079 (Citibank) and dispatched it thru dtdc couriers on 8th Feb vide docket number H94423464. This cheque was en-cashed by Datawind on 27th Feb.

Since then I had been following up with them, but no response yet.

Can someone please look into it and act, so that I receive the product I had ordered without further delays? If not, then please help me with the refund along with the interest.

Looking forward for a speedy response and quick closure.
