Display problem

Hello sir i got frustrated servicing the cell phone w580i. it got three services in last three month and the reason is nothing its display gets blank by its own some times its keys

stop working again by its own i don't know this the problem in manufacturing or the service center does not work efficiently. and once again this time its display got off. i got tired of taking it to service center and the most biggest

problem is they keep it over a month... what is this?? did we make a mistake of purchasing the cell for 13000 rs. We are killing our valuable time and facing a lot of inconvenience just for nothing.
