Non delivery of order since 2 months

I had ordered a Blackberry hand set thr'u DEALS & YOU online on the 20th Aug under Order Number 216688. Payment against the same was paid thr'u my credit card which was immediately charged as well and paid.

DEALS & YOU first sent a courier beginning September to some unknown person in Bangalore as per the AWB details given by them. Subsequently again they seem to have sent a courier with a new AWB number given by them on 01st Oct and even this courier is addressed to somebody with another address.

It seems DEALS & YOU are fooling there customers after getting the payment. It is such an harrasment to pay in advance for a product which you wanted and not to be delivered even after close to 2 months.

Request that a strict action could be taken with such companies so that there is some accountability to customers and to general public. I need my money back immediately since there is no sign of the courier ever coming to me.
