Order Nor Received

My order number 431331 a Sony Ericsson phone which i ordered on feb 26 is still not delivered after 30 working days and these people are still not seemingly in a mood to do so. After one month they said there is problem in the payment which wasn't from my end and then they asked for some scanned copy of documents which were also submitted immediately. They still are not replying to the mails or calls properly. Iam fed up of there service and willing to take some serious legal action against these fraudsters.
