Deals and you cheating by selling defected and old phones

Honorables,

My name is Niharika Singh, I work in Hyderabad at company named Quislex Legal Services.

I bought a blackberry handset from Deals and you named online seller.http://www.dealsandyou.com

I got the phone for the amount of Rs.6000 (six thousand rupees), this phone was delivered at my office address, which is situated in Kondapur, Hyderabad.

when i started the phone i discovered that the phone is not working, further the phone is also not a new handset as was promised to me.when i called deals and you on their help-line number they provided my a third party number who are the distributor of this handset, the name of this company is ritco logistic situated in gurgaon, even they denied to help me.

I am frequently calling deals and you for help from past 10 days, but either their lines are busy or their customer care executive are not aware what to do, so they just cut my call or say that they will conatact me later to resolve the issue, but nothing has been done to solve my grievance till date.

I want my money back and please take some steps against this company who are doing a fraud by selling defective and old phones in name of new.
