This is regarding 221990 placed on 25th Aug'2011 . Pls note that the money was dully deducted and received by Deals and You on 25th Aug'11. But till now I have not received the product. Whenever I call at the customer care number (0120-6726777) the reply I get is your 21 working days are not over . and when I asked abt the refund I was told that in 3 working days you will get to know when you can get your money back. Also they told me that since 21 days are not over they caanot tell whether I'll get the product or not.

For this I have spoken to Vishal Arora, Rohit Kumar on 23rd Sep'11 at 12.00 P.M and Abhishek Bhasin on 23rd Sep'11 at 12.05 P.M.

Pls note that this is nothing but clear case of cheating the customer. The website does not state 21 working days but it says 21 days and why is the days counted from the next day when you have received the money? Why not from the very day when the money is Credited to your account?

I even tried to speak to anyone senior but every time I got the reply that they will not tell you anything new. Is this the right customer service?

Even after sending mails at support@dealsandyou.com i get the same reply that 21 working days are not over. Further to my mail I have received a reply on 23rd Sep'11 to wiat for 1 more week and then only to reply on the mail. One of the Customer care executive told me that 21 working days will be over on 23rd Sep'11, the other one told it will be over by 27th Sep'11 and the revert from Support@dealsandyou told on 23rd Sep'11 to wait for 1 more week. Does Deals and You has any educated person who can count correctly as to when will 21 days get over?

I fail to understand why can't they company give a concrete answer whether we will get the product or not?

Also how is it possible that the company does not has any details regarding the product delivery?

I request the concerned person to take this seriously as they are playing with the money of the customers. Also they shd be made liable to pat interest incase they are not able to deliver the product on time or refund the money on time.
