Eplacement of mobile phone

I received a mobile on 28/9 for my order no. 236808 placed on 10th sept to deals and you on internet. i ordered for mobile make samsung M-1 (GT-I6410) with wifi, 3G and video calling facilities but i received the mobile make vodafone 360 samsung M1. as i am having bsnl chip with this chip i am not able to access all the features of mobile i.e. internet and wifi. when i asked deals and you to solve my problem then they told me that i should speak to their distributor i.e. Akansha distributor pvt ltd, banglore as deals and you do not hav any responsibility. when i insisted then they hav asked for three day time. after three day again they hav asked for 2 days time. now today again they are asking for two days time. in between i contacted their distributor. every time they also given some suggestion. but it is solving my problem. distributor is saying use vodafone chip instead of bsnl chip. please help me to get my orignal order or return of all my money with interest.
