Deals and You, Ritco tech-BlackBerry 8830 WE
FAKE handset delivered, its a grey market material

Hi All,

I am one of the people who somehow get a wrong and stupid deal from Deals and You. Actually I ordered blackberry 8830 WE costing around Rs 6000/-.

Set looks new but the condition is real bad. While placing the order I cross checked with Deals and You executives 4-5 times if they are providing the original set with original bills and support from black berry.

At that time all of their executives gave me positive response. But now they are refusing with their original communications.

1. But handset delivered without original bills. This looks like "grey" market stuff. These people really make me fool out it. Actually the delivered set is FAKE homemade blackberry. Even the fiber material used looks worst then the baby toy phones.

2. Now on the top I get one more information that “IMEI” number of given handset is INVALID. IMEI number for given handset is “355771.01.541182.0”, this looks invalid. Check this number on http://www.numberingplans.com/? page=analysis&sub=imeinr

3. Now once I run back to Ritco tech (basically they delivered the hand set.), Ritco executives putting the things back on Deals and You. Commenting that “You had a deal with “Deals and You” not with us, so now please go and talk only with them”. And on the top Deals and you is putting the case back on Ritco Tech.

From last 5 days Deals and You executive didn’t replying back my emails, and now they are blaming me that why did I placed the order. Finally I am able to talk with I hope only one Gentlemen working in “Deals and You” Mr Rajnish, who is ensuring that he will give me the justice. He looks the most honest employee of Deals and You, who is taking care of company good will as well as customer satisfaction.

Otherwise, their Support team is simply crap. You will feel lucky if you able to get the call, other they always put you in the queue. After having a call now they way support executives are behaving is really unprofessional. I hope just because of few FRAUD people the entire company is looking like FRAUD.

I am going to file the case against these FAKE companies in consumer court. Can someone please let me know how I can proceed on this?
