Product not recieved since a month now

Dear Concerned,

I, Yatin Barot, had booked a product via Deals N You, an online shopping website on 16th August.

I was promised that I will recieve the product (mobile) within 21 working days from the date of order recieved.

The payment of he same has been done by my Credit Card on the same day of booking and the ammount is debited also from my credit card.

Now as when I contact the customer care number to know about the status of my order they just have to say that Kindly wait and the product will be delivered soon. Also when I write to helpdesk email iD, I get the same reply from them as well. The name of the person who is replying to the mail querries/complaints is Mr. Shailendra Sharma.

Now when I again contacted them on customer care number, Some Mr Anshool had recieved the call from Deals N You, and he was again just saying that Kindly wait and the product will be delivered soon. When I asked to cancell the order as they are not able to even deliver the same He clearly denied that the order cancellation request will not be taken, and You have no option apart from waiting for the delivery.
