We book a parcel form Bhagirath palace to Ludhiana on 18/11 vide docket no. 215234689. But it is not delivered till today on 25/11.

On internet status shows that this pkt lying at ambala hub. From customer care we are not getting satisfactory answer. our complaint no. is 3784.

Due to delay in delivery our customer will not accept the material and trackon courier will be responsible for our loss.
