Motorola w181 used piece sale

I planned to purchase one basic mobile for additional use, i gone for Univercell Mobile sale center, Bus stand Br, Erode, Tamil Nadu, as per their aadi sale offer i expected LG mobile but they promote another Motorola w181 Model, i asked for fresh new piece, they one piece as new piece, when try use that piece i found battery complaint and incoming ear voice complaint and hand up problem, i never checked on that time, i gone for trip to north when i came back to Erode i gone back to replacement they refused to take and directed to service, i think they are selling buy back pieces or defect piece - instead of return to factory they blamed over customer, ... better i am suggesting for Mobile store other... center for Mb purchase...
