LCD TV Damaged

I am basically from Bangalore and had to relocate to kolkata due to my job. After getting a rented house i wanted to shift my Sony LCD TV which was bought about 6 months back. I approaced DECCAN 360 and they promised that they have good experience transporting LCD TV's and that they will take good care. I agreed and payed them almost Rs. 2750/-

The cargo arrived recently and i had a shock of my life. The LCD Screen was broken. On approaching them they were so mean to turn it down saying that it is not their responsibility. I really did not expect this kind of a response as i thought it to be a professional company, or then i should have been a bit careful as it was a second venture of Capt Gopinath after the disastarous 1st venture with Air Deccan.

Now i am left running around to find out the price of replacement which i was told will costing me almost 30 thousand. Please any one wanting to send their cargo do not send it through DECCAN360
