Hi dear

First of all i will suggest all users not to go for Homeshop18.You will be displeased with their product and support

I bought Akai dvd player 2 months back. They have send that without remote. Dvd player was also not working then they said sir i am sending u remote after that it will work. After a week i received remote but then also dvd didnt work. They i returned dvd. After 10 days i received Dvd without remote that also is not working properly. Daily i am calling Homeshop18 people but they are saying i have forwarded your problem to concern department they will get back to you but i am still waiting for their call.

Finaly i have decided to go for legel action

Remember My dear friend never go for Homeshop18...
