Defective tv supply

I have purchased a LG 42'' LED tv from pantaloon retail (India) ltd, bhubaneswar (odisha) branch.on dt 29-01-12.but on 02-08 i found that there is a malfunction on the screen.then i lodged a complaint online.the service engineer said the control panel is completely damaged n recommended to replace thro the dealer (ezone, bbsr) then after we visited the dealer demanding a new piece but they refused stubbornly. At the time of purchase, they were following here n there but at the time of complaint, their attitude was damncare.buying such an expensive.
