This is to inform you that i took an airtel postpaid connectionon 26 /07/08 thru ur sales executive Mr Puneet Sood (9878052131). I paid up a securtiy of 500 Rs and the form was fileld b ur representative, even a letter from the comapny was also given along with that. Address verificationwas alos done and suddenly yesterday at around 1830 my outgoings were barred .When I contatced ur customer care people theysaid there is soe problem u need to resubmit the documents after that i contatced the same gentleman Puneet who told me taht he has already doen the needful and i will activated by 1700 hrs tomorrow ( ie today) but till now nothing has been done . He is ur representative and u shud ask him to verify the problem why a customer has been asked to penalise for this . Was it my fault, u rgetting salry from our money and this is what ur givieng back to us, i mean this is ridiculous.
We are alos in sales and if a customer creates a problem we held our person responsible and ask him to resolve and not the customer. Thisis a pathetic service provided by Airtel. Please make sure my outgoing gets restored. Contatc ur person and ask him the story, now he is not evenopicking up my phone . This is disgusting how can a sales exectuive do like this .With this type of service i am sure atleast i am not goinmg to receommend anybody to use airtel.
