Delay of delivery

On 12th of July we handed over a cheque for 3 nos. of Samsung Galaxy Mobiles, today 18th of July, the Great Sangeetha people is not handed over the handsets to us, they are in living 1920 era, because now a day's clearing the cheque every where in India is not a problem. But these people needs to send it to Banglore and the clearing should be done from there!!! and still not happened!!! at the time of giving quotation we enquired about the cheque payment they didn't infirm about these stories.
