Faulty AC

I have purchased one window ac model no VWM-2644(.75 T) FROM NEXT RETAIL SHOP Jail road new Delhi on 26thJuly. The AC was installed by the next mechanic and was told that this ac is defective and its panel is not working. We will ask the company to replace it as early as possible I also register a complaint and a mechanic from your company came and told me this panel will be replaced within two days. But today is 7th August 7 nobody came and even they have no courtesy to inform me. I have already send 3 reminders but of no use.
