Delhi Times / Vox Air cooler
Defect product returned promised of payback but have not recd

Dear Sir,

pls note Delhi Times have their crash sale that happnes on their paper every sunday and on weekly days also, pls note i had purcahsed an Air Cooler on the month of May 21st at a px of Rs.4400/- and i had recd this product on the 8th of June at my office in Noida, after i had taken it home i had found that it was a manufacturing deffect pc as the doors were not closing and on 9th of June i had compalined but i had no response to that i advised that i do not want the product and they can return the sum i had paid, they advise me that i should send the same by a courier of their by the name Airamax courier and i have tried my best to get in touch with them there was no response from the courier company after lot of energy and time spend they gave me some other courier company details and i had send the courier vide AFL courier/Viz express AWB No: 700005077321 dated 22/6 and it was advise that i give the AWB number to Delhi Times and the same was advised and they issued a complaint number 182925 and it was advised that they would be sending a demand draft to my residence in 10 working days and today we are on the 12th of July and there is no response and i have been calling them and asking them what has happned but they have been giving me vague answers syaing we will revrt but till now no calls or draft, would request you to kindly take this matter up as i think they have beem selling and promoting fake products and cheating consumers like us.. Pls take this matter seriously up, i could give the number of the call centre were i have been in touch 9910118888..
