I Suraj babar from pune. i purchased DELL XCD35 in nov and in jan it got problem in speakers so i submitted it in dell costumer care i.e. New accel technology in Pune on 19 jan. As it was in warranty they said it will b replaced in 20 days but now its more than 50 days n they r t taking responsibility & dell costomer care never picks up the phone. PLZ help m out im 2 much frustrated.ma dell complaint i.d.= MT-DL-12-0000-192-DW. my contact no.9421557788
