MY problems are not being solved. no reply against my complaints

Since last two months i am complaining about my laptop's errors and the problems which i am facing.

but the authorities are not solving my problems!

my laptop is still in the warrenty period.

my charger is not charging my laptop and i have to borrow it from my friend everyday and have to charge it. i am am facing many problems but no one is ready to solve my problems.
