I have a dell streak mobile phone. Few days back it automatically hanged up and stopped working. I gave my phone for replacement, the company said it would take 20-25 days for replacement. This is the 38 day, i have yet not received my phone nor any commitment from the company. Does the company think people are fools? people do invest but if the company is acting like this then, this is a major issue of concern for the company in their future business run.
