i was purchased dell XCD28 mobile at 27 March,

it is working very good but suddenly it had start hanging problem last one months, i gone at dell service center for mobile software upgrading since 16-JULY. but still now it is not return my mobile, they told me your mobile will be replace by dell company.

still now my problem is not solved.they said that they will replace my phone with new one mobile but still i didn't got my new mobile.

so please i am requesting you, as well as possible solved my problem.
