Dell XCD 35
Havent received the replacement

I had submitted my handset (Dell XCD 35) on 17/10 i.e 17th October. The display wasn't working and there was problem with chraging too. I was told that I would receive the handset within 10 to 15 days. But I haven't received the replacement till date. Whenever I call the service center the executive tells me that he hasn't received the consignment and i would get my phone on next Monday. I don't know when that Monday would come.

I would be waiting for a response as soon as possible.
