Not recieving the service of dell service center from 41 day

Dear sir/mam

i m a recognized owner of dell xcd35.IMEI-355404040143955, SERVICE TAG-HM8SWP1.due to sound defect i have visit dell service centre{J-29 sector-18, goutam budh nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh01}for service.but they suggest for replacement option. due to their opinion i have taken the decison for replacement option.on 1st feb i have submitten the mobile to dell service center... now since 41 days i haven't recieve my dell phone.. when i go to service center they are delying the service.please help me to solve out the problem so that i can recieve my phone as soon as possible...
