Attery is faulty, not available

Dear sir,

i have purchase one mobile set from homeshop 18 .Product name is Delta Mobile. when i receive that mobile it was working properly. Then after 4 months its battery was not proper. it swells and cant be charged. I inquired about the other one but it was not available anywhere. I also made cash payment against delivery (rs. 4499/-). It is also 1 year under warrenty. I also called them but noboby is giving any response. Also made SMS then they reply "we will call u back" but they di'nt call.i also have all the document regading that

I dont know what to do. i wanted to refund my money or exchange the handset. Plz stop this channels like homeshop18 because no body will get cheated in future.

Hoping you will consider my complaint, and do the needful at earliest.
