Removed from company without any intimation or reason

I was working in Desai Electronics Pvt. ltd as an Asst. manager in Production. I joined the company in January. At first I was assigned some work related to production which I did very quickly. But after some days I came to know that the workers working in production are mostly not even above 18 years of age. When I tried to tell this matter to the M.D. (Mr. Vikram Manubhai Desai), he fired me without any intimation or reason. The Labour officer in Pune should look into this matter as Desai Electronics employs child labour and also there is no pure water drinking facility in the company. The M.D of the company feels he can buy anything by money and even sometimes abuses the workers and the senior level persons.
