Problem with voice transmission

Their is some problem with the above mentioned product, so how will you provide the service for this? Still i have 3 months of warranty from the date of purchase. Pls reply as soon as possible. Actually, just now i called up to the toll free number regarding this, but no buddy is lifting the call at this point of time.
