HDMI Interface is not compatible with PC

I bought a Sansui make TV, model LCD S 2220YM with HDMI interface to use it as a computer monitor, from a dealer Devi International, no 12, 10th Main road, Jayanagar, Bangalore-11 in Mar. But when I connected my Personal Computer and TV through HDMI port the TV didnot work. The dealer asked me to contact the TV service center. When I contacted the center I was referred to another company and a technician visited my home but he could not even understand what was the problem. Again another technician visited and he too did not know how to test HDMI connection to PC. The dealer doesnot have any PC in his showroom to demonstrate the HDMI interface and no suitable technical personal who is aware of such provision in TV sets.

It is since seven months that the dealer or the manufacturer could not confirm in writing either the TV can be set right or the TV is not suitable to work with HDMI port of PC. The dealer is refusing to take back or replace the TV with another TV which works with HDMI port of PC.

I would request the dealer/manufacturer to replace the TV with HDMI port that works with PC. The manufacturer/dealer knowingly suppressed the matter and sold the TV, and I have been cheated
