Meter jumping-Running fast

My residance is -C-1/-647-2nd floor-Palam vihar-Gurgaon. I have -ED-3969 and -Con A/C-no. PX05-0838.

From-Sept-to-Bill no-5882691, 6501515, 7100296, the electric department showing zero, and in bill no-00352-meter reading are-2804, butin bill no-00404 the meter reading are-2804, and in bill no-00274 the meter reading are-2804, but in bill no-00326, they electric deptt. showing meter reading are-41672. this electric meter is giving wrong reading or jumping.

I have summit the fee for new meter-recept. no-61-Rs-1600/- and for meter testing I have summit-Rs-100/- on recept. no-299 on -05-03, and I have summit Rs-450/- for meter box-recep. 66072-dt-22-03.

I am ready to pay my geinun amt.
