Digital mp4 ipod
No response to product complain

Dear sir i have purchase a ipod from emall and when the charging of ipod is not operating i had gone to emall shop baroda and ask him to repair the product they had told that we will revert back in two days they had not revert so i call them they told it is with us and will revert back and after 10 days they reply that we cant do because we cant send to ahmedabad and u can go to ahmedabad and try to repair. sir the ipod cost is 1374 rs. if i go to ahmedabad then the expenditure is 500 rs there is no logic behind that and they are claiming a good service. sir i require ur advice and pl do needfull. my bill no is A/ 87 purchase date is 23/05 and job card no BAR/00013 DATE IS 16/10.
