Obsolete PCB

This is regarding my complaint no. 5836842 dtd. Dec. 2010. My machine is covered under extended warranty. My machine has been detected with faulty PCB. However as per the technician they cannot change/rectify the problem as it’s a old model which is now become obsolete. In this regard Mr. Rajender (Who is the Area Incharge of IFB) has already been informed. Despite his assurances, my problem still remains unattended.

I request, if the problem cannot be rectified, the machine should be changed by the company. If the brand value of the company needs to be preserved and built, existing customers needs to be satisfied.

I duly urge the senior authorities to kindly take up the outstanding complaint without any further delay.
