Can't get bluetooth from any body else

Hi, My name is Deepali. I have purchased Samsung mobile Model No: SGH J600.But i cant operate for bluetooth its come memory full when i have space in memory card. If i do video shooting it dosen't save. I cant do recording, such a 3rd class piece & service of samsung. We don't know where is its gallary in mumbai.
