Discrepancies in rate

In response to my complain against your Samsung Plaza Silliguri regarding discrepancies in rate Samsung LED TV Model SAM Led TV UA40B6000VR on 22.03.10 and in reply received from you on 23.03.2010 it is most unfortunate to let you know that the committed service towards purchase of the above TV is not being extended by the Siliguri Samsung Plaza till date.

That difference in rate not yet been settled.

That only demo is being completed no initiative for installation is being taken till date.

That supply of wall Hanger yet to be done.

That SUN Dish TV not yet been supplied.

Moreover the difference in rate to purchase Samsung Home Theater system Model Z220T from Siliguri Samsung Plaza much higher than in local market which is not desirable.

Your early action in the above matter will be highly appreciated so that the commitment after purchase of your products SAMSUNG will satisfy the customer.
