Complete dejection because of product and services of

Quality of this particular phone of samung is really bad. As it stopped working, without any identifiable reason. Phone just doesn't start and to my horrors they don't have a service center which are near my place. Their customer care gave me a phone number of one collection center in Vashi but no body picks up phone. Also found phone no. of a service center and and wow!! that phone no. doesn't even exists. I also put up my compliant on their website, but no body reverted back on that. One of my friend also had similar problem with the handset. He gave it to a service center and haven't got that back since last one month.

I think I would have been better off buying a chinese phone, coz they have better quality then Samsung. So guys just don't ever buy a Samsung product.

At least I won't, not even their consumer durables.
