I have registered a complaint about a faulty battery with the mumbai service center of the company complaint no 4149 dt 30 th July till now no one attended it. I again registered a complaint no 171302 at national helpline on 22 aug no one attended it.
I have been a gullible fool to purchase the product seeing the advertisement on TV of environmental friendly battery.
