I Mohan kumar Dora of Khariar Road my V.c. No is 01505184787 have deposited 375/-(Rupees Three hundred seventy five only).on dt.16.5.2010 for three months (Rs.125 x 3=Rs.375) subscription for Silver package through your distributor m/s. Hindustan T.V.center (06678222416) at Khariar Road. But he had deposited in Silver Saver from that day. I had again paid 250/- through dish tv card on dt.7.8.2010.but still it is in Silver Saver pack. When I have complained it in customer care about the above matter they told that the package won't downgraded from silver saver pack to silver pack and i have to watch the same pack in future also. For your kind information from beginning my package was in silver pack and I have paid the amount for the silver pack for three months it is your distributors fault that he renewd my package from silver to silver saver, Why should I Will pay extra amount in future. I want my package in silver So downgrade it from Silver saver to Silver other wise I will buy another service in future.
