Channels not working from platinum package

I have recharged with the platinum package for my VC no.01504400511 today, amount payable 350/ per month .the recharge is successful but most of the important chanels like sony, tlc, discovery, pix, wb etc.

are not displaying.kindly enlighten as to what the problem is and fix it asap.
