LG Front Loading Washing Machine

I had purchased a front loading washing machine LG Tromm from one of the dealers of LG INDIA. I was given the date of installation and demo for this new machine on the 4th of Sept. I had called up their call center and helpline 11 times regarding my installation and demo and each time they said that the technician would arrive in half an hour. Finally when I called up at 9.15 p.m., I was told that my call would be attended next day. I stuck to my ground, and finally after much deliberations, they sent a mechanic at 10.40 p.m. to do the job. I think I have made a wrong decision to buy a L.G.Product.
