Delay in refilling gas cylinder for more than 40 days

The undersigned have the honour to inform you that, Iam the consumer of HP GAS.

But due to some agencies we are geting very much problem and we are residing at Valanchery of Malappuram dist and we had book a gas cylinder on 07th Feb but till date we are not get our refilled cylinder till date the agency addres was as follows

Yesterday we had gone to office and requested for gas they had talk with in very harsh way and ask to lunch complient.
