Ditz Electricals (I) Limited - RO System
Warranty not honoured

We purchased a RO Water Purifier System on May 18th from Ditz Electricals (I) Limited, 29, Malkaganj Road, Delhi - 110007 ;0120-4282886, 9811006767, for Rs.7, 000/-We were promised, in writing, 1 year warranty for the RO system by the Manufacturer, but whenever any defect was there, they asked us to pay for the parts and we had t... o argue for not paying.

Finally on April 20th, the RO system again stopped working and this time again we were asked to pay for the parts to be replaced. The RO System is now lying idle and is of no use for us. Since purchased, this RO Water Purifier System has only given suffering to us. Moreover, we were asked to subscribe for Annual Maintenance Contract for Rs.5, 000

Respected Authorities, kindly do the needful so as to get us the services for which we are eligible and arrange to be compensated as appropriate.
