I have an AMC with the company for acqua flow water purifier. The AMC expired on 9.9.2008. In the month of AUGUST the water purifier stopped functioning. The matter was immediately reported to the customer service centre and i was given a complaint number (51673714) and an id (1000829479). I had complained to the call centre on phone number 39883333. So far the problem has not been attended to and the equipment is not functioning. The equipment is in Bangalore.
